The Foundation for Democratic Development is a Russian non-governmental organisation set up and registered in 2006.

The Fund's activities promote civil engagement, legal culture and legal awareness in Russia. The Fund organises events and carries out projects aimed to develop and foster democratic values and institutions.

The Fund is also engaged with promoting international cooperation on a wide range of topics including political activities and third sector cooperation, science, technology, education, culture, information and communication, as well as youth participation.
